Deposit & Payment
To get started, we require a $200 deposit. This reserves your spot and signals that we're both committed. Work begins the same day the deposit clears.
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery — before the site goes live
- If you cancel after work has already begun, the deposit is non-refundable
- If we haven't started yet and you need to cancel, just let us know and we'll sort it out fairly

Project Scope
Your project is built to match what we agree on in the written proposal — the number of pages, features, and functionality outlined there.
- If you want to add pages or features beyond the original scope, we'll quote those separately before starting on them
- Revisions and tweaks are included — we want you to love the final product
- Major redesigns or direction changes mid-project may incur an additional charge, which we'll discuss with you first

Client Responsibilities
We build fast — but we need your content to do it. Please provide the following within 5 business days of your deposit:
- Your logo (or we'll use text for now)
- Written copy for each page (or bullet points we can expand)
- Any photos or images you want used
- Brand colors, preferred fonts, or examples of sites you like
If content is delayed on your end, the delivery timeline shifts accordingly — we'll always keep you updated.

Ownership
Once you make your final payment, the website is yours — the code, the design, everything. You own it outright with no ongoing license fees or strings attached.
- BQ Solutions retains the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and on social media as an example of our work
- If you'd prefer we keep your project private, just let us know in writing before launch and we'll respect that

Hosting & Maintenance
We'll set up your hosting and get everything live as part of the project. After that, it's yours to manage — or we can handle it for you.
- Optional monthly maintenance is available at $150/month — this covers updates, fixes, backups, and reporting
- You can cancel maintenance anytime with 30 days' notice — no penalties
- If you choose to move hosting elsewhere, we'll give you everything you need to do that smoothly

Confidentiality
Anything you share with us about your business — strategy, financials, client info, trade secrets — stays between us. We don't share client information with third parties and never will.
We expect the same in return: details we share about our process, tools, and pricing are for your project, not for redistribution.
